Parenting by Design is a 90-minute workshop exploring how Human Design can help you better understand, support, and connect with your child. We’ll cover each energy type, common challenges kids may face, how to parent them in alignment with their natural energy, plus profiles, decision-making styles, digestion, and more. This workshop is designed to give you practical tools and a deeper understanding of your child’s unique design.

  • Whether you're a parent, parent-to-be, caregiver, or simply someone wanting to better understand the children in your life, Parenting By Design will help you see your child through an entirely new lens.

    Together, we will:

    • Learn how each energy type functions as a child, including common strengths, sensitivities, and challenges

    • Understand how to support each child based on their natural energy levels, emotional needs, and sleep patterns

    • Explore the different decision-making styles in Human Design and simple ways to support your child in making aligned choices

    • Dive into profile lines in children and how they shape personality, learning styles, social dynamics, and emotional needs

    • Learn about the Centers and where children may absorb, amplify, or be influenced by the energy around them

    • Understand the difference between emotional and non-emotional children and how each processes feelings differently

    • Explore digestion in Human Design and how certain environments, routines, and habits may better support your child

    • Learn practical ways to parent with more compassion, awareness, and alignment instead of pressure, comparison, or conditioning

    You will leave with a deeper understanding of your child’s unique wiring, practical tools you can immediately apply, and a new perspective on how to support them in becoming fully themselves.

  • You don’t need to know anything about Human Design prior to joining.
