I'm a Human Design reader, holistic practitioner, and current Bachelor of Social Work student with a deep passion for self-discovery, healing, and aligned living.

My approach is rooted in curiosity and compassion. I love asking thoughtful, reflective questions that help uncover what you’re currently navigating in life — and more importantly, how you can begin to work with your energy rather than against it. I believe that when we understand the way we’re uniquely designed, we open the door to more ease, fulfillment, and authenticity.

In our sessions, I blend a variety of holistic tools to meet you where you are. This might include exploring your Human Design chart to better understand your energetic blueprint, Reiki to gently release deep-rooted conditioning, and Tarot for intuitive insights and clarity. It’s not about fixing you — it’s about supporting you in remembering who you really are.

As someone who’s always been a student of life, I’m continuously learning and evolving, both through formal education and lived experience. My journey into Human Design completely transformed the way I see myself and move through the world — and it’s a joy and honour to help others experience that same shift.
