I use Human Design as a tool to help clients navigate life's ups and downs with clarity, trust and self-compassion. My work blends Human Design with nearly a decade of personal development and lived experience to give you a framework you can actually apply to your real life, not just information that sounds good. Whether you’re a high achiever, an eldest daughter, or a woman in business who’s tired of doing everything you “should,” my intention is simple: to help you reconnect with who you are beneath the roles, expectations, and responsibilities.

My relationship with Human Design began long before I ever thought about reading for others. In 2022, I went through a year where I felt like a shadow of myself. After my grandad passed away, grief consumed me. I was forcing things, going through the motions, and doing what I thought I was supposed to do but nothing was working. Then I had a Human Design reading, and my mind was blown. A complete stranger articulated things I had felt my whole life but never had the words for. She saw me in a way the people closest to me never had. That reading changed the way I saw myself forever. It reminded me of the woman I had forgotten.

That experience changed the trajectory of my life. I completed my certification in 2025 so I could offer that same sense of recognition, relief, and “oh… that’s me” to other women. In sessions, I bring warmth, kindness, depth, and a genuine ability to see you at your core. I'm not here to fix you, but to help you see yourself the way others already do: as an incredible woman. I want you to walk away with tools you can use and a deeper understanding of yourself.

Outside of this work, I’m an author, podcaster, business owner, employee, mum, dog mum, wife, twin, and an eldest daughter. I love drinking cacao, travelling, celebrating others, and learning more about myself and the world around me. Human Design didn’t just give me answers, it gave me permission. Permission to honour who I am without trying to fit into a box others designed for me, trust what I know and unapologetically chase the dreams I once talked myself out of. That’s what I hope this work gives you too - permission to be who you are before the world told you who you should be.
